DISCREPTION
UNICONE F910 PC masterbatch contain eco ingredient – silicone resin with designed structure, can significantly improve flame retardance for PC, at the same time, with no impact on transparence、mechanical property and processing property
HOW TO USE
To reach UL94V0 degree with 1mm thickness, dosage of UNICONE F910 need to be 20%
To reach UL94V1、UL94V2 or the thickness is more than 1mm, for instance:1.6mm、3.2mm eth, The dosage of UNICONE F910 can be reduced appropriately.
As silicone resin inside may increase the MI of PC, recommend to use low MI PC to work with F910 together in case too high MI may increase the drops or flaming particles while burned

USE INPORMATION
UNICONE F910 can only be used for PC flame retardance, and has almost no value to other polymer
To reach UL94V0 degree with 1mm thickness, Maximum dosage of UNICONE F910 is 20%, higher dosage is not necessary and may have impact on transparence
As silicone resin inside may increase the MI of PC, recommend to use low MI PC to work with F910 together.
